In such cases, Arzs shall not be held responsible for any data losses or damages incurred as a result of the project cancellation. It is the client's responsibility to ensure timely payment and backup of any necessary data or information related to the project.
• In the event of a cyber breach or unauthorized access to Arzs's systems or databases(or other projects developed by Arzs), Arzs shall make reasonable efforts to mitigate the breach, recover any compromised data, and implement necessary security measures to protect against future incidents. However, while Arzs will take all reasonable precautions to safeguard data, it cannot guarantee complete security or prevent all breaches. Therefore, Arzs shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or legal consequences arising from a cyber breach, including but not limited to unauthorized access, data theft, or any resulting misuse of information.
